Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit card payments securely through PayPal. You will be transfered to PayPal's own site for the secure transaction (see Credit Card Security below).
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Specified colours in all products are subject to availability and may be substituted from time to time by the manufacturer, this is something which is totally out of our control, but we will make every effort to let you know of any significant colour variations in any product which you purchase. Please also remember that colours which you view on your computer screen are subject to the settings on your monitor - these can vary greatly!

All parcels sent within the United Kingdom will be sent by a "Signed For" service. Our prices are based upon the value of the order.
For orders:
Up to £10 postage will be £2.50
Between £10.00 and £20.00 postage will be £4.50
Between £20.00 and £50.00 postage will be £6.50
Over £50.00 postage will be £8.50
REST OF THE WORLD:
At the moment we are not shipping goods to the rest of the world but please watch this space as we hope to be able to at a later date!

Some of the items offered are hand-crafted to order and may have a longer delivery time if we are out of stock. We will contact you if this is the case. Please be aware of the delays that may be due to the Bank clearing system if you are paying through PayPal using e-cheques (aprox. 9 days).
If you would like to send a gift to a different address, select the option at the checkout. For security reasons we reserve the right to withhold this option, but we will contact you prior to dispatch in this instance.

Returns Policy

We operate a 'Fair Trading Policy' but in the interest of hygiene, any hosiery goods returned for exchange or refund must be in the original un-opened inner packaging, with tags and seals intact and all other clothing must have original tags still intact. No refund will be given for your cost of postage to return the item to us unless the goods are faulty. It is your responsibility to ensure safe delivery to us by a 'signed for', recorded or other trackable online method within 14 days of delivery.
Refunds
Any goods returned within 14 days will be fully refunded, including your original postage. The refund will be made by the same method as you used to pay for the goods originally, unless otherwise agreed.
Exchange of Goods
Any goods returned within 14 days may be exchanged for another item which is being currently listed. If you do not see something you would like then you also have the option of a refund (see above).The full price of the original item, including your original postage, will be deducted from the new choice.
